Take Tanimachi metro line and get off at Nakazaki-cho Eki station.

Go to the ground by Exit No.4. Turn 1st corner to the right and walk 1 min. then you'll see the old wooden large building on the right corner. (Precisely, 2nd street) Turn right at this corner and you'll see the entrance in the middle of this building.
